"An Act relating to the Alaska Public Utilities Commission; and               
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 62(URS)                                                 
"An Act extending the termination date of the Alaska Public                   
Utilities Commission until June 30, 2001; and providing for an                 
effective date."
